About these terms
These terms cover your use of the North Grenville Hot Tubs & Saunas website, including the customer portal, the staff portal and online agreement signing ("the services"). The services are provided by North Grenville Hot Tubs & Saunas, 5333 County Rd 19, Kemptville, Ontario K0G 1J0. By using them, you agree to these terms.
The website
The information on our website, including hot tub specifications and photos supplied by Platinum Spas, is provided in good faith but may change. Blaine will confirm the details for your specific tub before you buy. Prices are confirmed in your sales agreement, not on the website.
Your sales agreement
When you sign a sales agreement online, it's the same as signing on paper. Your purchase is governed by the terms written in your signed agreement. You'll receive a copy by email as soon as you sign. If anything in it doesn't look right, don't sign, and contact us first.
Your portal account
Your portal is for your own use. Keep access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Staff portal
The staff portal is only for people authorized by North Grenville Hot Tubs & Saunas. Staff must keep customer information confidential and use it only to serve that customer.
Payments and QuickBooks
Invoices and online payments are handled through QuickBooks Online by Intuit. Our website connects to our own QuickBooks account only to create customers and invoices and to see when they're paid. Payments are subject to Intuit's terms as well as your sales agreement.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the services: no attempts to access other people's information, interfere with the website, or use it for anything unlawful.
Limits
We work hard to keep the services available and accurate, but they're provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses caused by the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ontario consumer protection law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
